Before becoming a subscriber (a "Subscriber") to SRS FINANCE (sometimes referred to as the "Service"), you must read and agree to the following terms and conditions of use (the "Terms and Conditions") which govern your use of this Website and your relationship with SRS FINANCE and all individuals and companies associated with this Website (collectively referred to as "SRS FINANCE" or "We"). In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and you agree: (a) to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Registration Form, and (b) to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service. You agree not to resell or transfer the Service or use of or access to the Service.
Payments, Refunds, and Cancelations
For all SRS Finance services: You may cancel your subscription at any time however, refunds will not be given during the first month of a subscription or after the next month's due date. Should you sign up for a multi-month or yearly membership and then choose to cancel it, the cost of your membership will be recalculated based on the monthly rate (rather than on the yearly rate) and the remaining credit, if any, will be refunded to you. For example, if you paid $1,000 for a yearly subscription on January 1 where the monthly price was $200 and you cancelled your subscription on February 28, you would receive a refund of $600.
For SRS Finance: After you become a registered Subscriber, and after the initial subscription period of one month or one year as the case may be, SRS FINANCE automatically charges your credit card each month at the then current subscription fee rate until you cancel your subscription through the subscription cancellation process on SRS Finance or by email. Subscription fees are not refundable for the initial subscription period or for any partial month in which a subscription is cancelled.
Each subscriber is responsible for the subscription fees and any charges incurred to access SRS FINANCE.
During the free-trial portion of your subscription, if any, you may cancel your subscription to the Service at any time and not be billed by notifying our Customer Service Department by email. Please allow at least five business days for such cancellation to become effective.
PLEASE NOTE THAT UPON THE EXPIRATION OF YOUR FREE TRIAL, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE BILLED THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEE AND YOUR PAID SUBSCRIPTION WILL COMMENCE. IF YOU ARE A MONTHLY SUBSCRIBER, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR REIMBURSEMENT OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FEE AFTER YOUR FREE TRIAL PERIOD HAS ENDED.

Subscription to this Service may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either SRS FINANCE or the Subscriber, upon notification by telephone or e-mail. When termination is requested by a Subscriber, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.
You acknowledge and agree that we may terminate your password or account or deny you access to all or part of the Service without prior notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that we, in our sole discretion, believe violate any of these Terms and Conditions, violate the rights of SRS FINANCE, or is otherwise inappropriate for continued access.
You acknowledge and agree that we may, in our sole discretion, deny you access, through SRS FINANCE, to third party services, merchandise, materials or information on the Internet, and we shall have no responsibility to notify any third-party providers of services, merchandise or information nor any responsibility for any consequences resulting from lack of notification.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold SRS FINANCE and its affiliates harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising in any way from your use of the Service or the placement or transmission of any message, information, software or other materials through the Service by you or users of your account or related to any violation of these Terms and Conditions by you or users of your account.
Miscellaneous
The failure of SRS FINANCE to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect.
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
